Kids Event: Cheesecake Parfait Making and Torah and Songs about Matan Torah

Join Avigayil and Shoshana Edelman, bakers-extraordinaire, as they teach our kids (age 5-12 with adult supervision) how to make yummy cheesecake parfaits! Afterwards, Rabbi Albert will share a few minutes of Torah inspiration and songs to help our kids get in the mood for Har Sinai! 

INGREDIENTS - SERVES 4

• 8 1/4 grams (125 / 1 1/4 cup) graham cracker sheets

• 40 grams (3 tablespoons) unsalted butter

• 170 grams (6 ounces) fat-free cream cheese room temperature

• 190 grams (1 1/2 cup) 2% fat plain Greek yogurt 

• 4 tablespoons granulated sugar

• Vanilla extract

• Strawberries, blackberries and/or blueberries
